Inbox & notifications
The Inbox collects what needs you in an agency:
- Waiting for your review — submitted versions you can publish.
- Waiting for reply — client threads nobody has answered yet.
- Items — review requested, approved or returned; mentions; client comments, change requests and approvals; replies and resolved threads; new versions; publishing; links opened for the first time; links about to expire; new members.
Mark items read or done (and undo), or mark everything read. AI tools see the same view with list_inbox and clear items with mark_inbox_done.
Follow and mute
Section titled “Follow and mute”Follow an artifact to hear about everything on it, or mute it to stop.
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”For each group you choose Inbox and email, Inbox only or Off:
